Turkey is a healthy alternative to beef. I know the applesauce sounds a little weird, but try it before you completely dismiss it!
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1/2 cup chunky applesauce
1 egg
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Mix all of the ingredients together
2. Portion off into patties and fry/grill up.
